The Kedco Wood Pellet Timber House is an all in one option offering you an attractive compact option to heating your home. This system is unique to Kedco and is another of our innovative products. The unit consists of two compartments, one housing the boiler and the other housing the storage silo. Basic Features 3.65m x 2.45m fire retardant timber housing Storage for 3.5 tonnes of pellets Kedco Energy boiler Auger for automatic feeding into the boiler Flue for boiler including draught stabiliser Manual Valve
Points to NoteThe dimensions of the house are 3.65m(l) x 2.45m (w), and must be erected on a 3.8m(l) x 2.6m (w) level concrete slab. The edging around the perimeters should be slightly sloping to allow water to flow from the slab. The house walls are reinforced and insulated and therefore are much heavier than your average garden shed wall. Each wall comes as a full unit and is not partitioned, which ensures the strength of the wall. The house is waterproof and insulated, once mounted on a level concrete slab and erected by fitters appointed by Kedco Energy. The house should be painted annually with a timber protective paint to prevent any rot developing and ensure the waterproof integrity; this will increase the longevity of the house. The warranty with the house is 2 years, however with proper maintenance, the house can last for 15 – 20 years.
